Nito Nazuna finds value in presenting himself in the role of a reliable upperclassman. It's a window to the capability of contribution that he hasn't been able to experience prior to his final year of high school. Such "power" is exercised by providing support to fellow classmates whether it's dealing with inept dance practice or looking after pet squirrels. His authority acts as weight with the implication that striving for one's own goal can't be wrong. He encourages others to follow through with ambitions under the condition they are willing to diligently work.
Support isn't given in mere words, Nazuna typically being more than willing to offer up a hand to those in need. If there is a way to make a work load lighter for another person, he's going to pursue it. There are some instances where he's approached for such assistance and he takes it on without too much thought of consequences it will have on his own workload. But he holds no animosity towards the other parties in these circumstances, opting to get through what he takes on, highly respecting people's aspirations.
Despite such good intentions, his impulsiveness occasionally results in pitfalls. Nazuna can be quick to jump to the worst conclusion and attempt to aid someone when there isn't a true predicament to be found. Acting under such pretenses may even result in creating a problem which plunges Nazuna into a cycle of intense worry that robs him of his proactive nature. He becomes too preoccupied with all the possibilities he's able to make up and lease him waffling, practically a deer in headlights. This comes with another price of regret as he perceives himself failing to seamlessly carry out a reliable role that loops back to the beginning of the cycle of initial thoughtlessness.
His words are unintentionally sharp, going hand in hand with that unthinking temperament. While he doesn't resort to using profanities, he doesn't sugarcoat what comes out of his mouth when he quickly critiques a situation. This applies even when he doesn't have all the details on matters and he hands out unfair judgement without batting an eye. However, he isn't prideful when he is called out or is ultimately wrong, more than apologetic when his errors are pointed out. His acknowledgements are not for merely saving face, Nazuna able to understand or at least accept the truth of the matter.
There is a lack of shame with openly accepting his mistakes as well as standing by what he believes is right. Despite not being prone to violence, Nazuna is all for protecting the people who are precious to him as well as those at an unfair disadvantage. He isn't above threatening instigators who are heckling others or making false accusations. Conventionally, he's a live and let live individual and does not tolerate spiteful bullying. However, if he feels strongly enough about a case, Nazuna is capable of physically lashing out if he is left unrestrained in a senseless rage. This isn't commonplace for him, fortunately, as he allows the antagonistic side to present their views. He doesn't allow a grudge to run too deeply and focuses more on second chances.
Humans are supposedly his favorite creatures as they are prone to imperfection. They are allowed to make mistakes and grow from them, a concept he is somewhat smitten with. The perception Nazuna has of himself is skewed, leaving him with an image of a replica who merely imitates a human. He doesn't extend the same kindness to his own self as he does to the people around him, not expressing patience with any mistakes he makes. Holding himself to an inhuman standard, as a mere doll, he must absolutely do everything right for the sake of everyone else. These are the decisions he makes on his own accord all the while failing to see that is what makes him truly human to begin with.
As a result of leaving Valkyrie, he is frightened of losing people who are dear to him or failing them. It's the fear that pushes him to be vocal and confront circumstances head on. Being unable to communicate, feeling uneasy, are things Nazuna wishes to avoid pushing onto others. Whenever an underclassman from Ra✽bits is having any problem, Nazuna gently pushes for discussion. He doesn't want people to be trapped in a situation where they are too intimidated to speak up, whether he's aware of it or not. While being a busybody isn't his goal and he does make an attempt to not step into every situation, particularly if it isn't concerning him, he can't help but try to keep an eye out on the sidelines to act as a net if they are truly in need.
For Nazuna, being transparent is absolutely necessary. He finds the need to be able to clearly take in every aspect of any situation when he's level minded. This is practiced when he relays plans to other students and his true intentions. Even when it comes to manipulation, when confronted, Nazuna easily admits to whatever goal he has. He doesn't use such means for a personal gain, his fixation being for other parties' sake. This includes petty things such as bribing a fellow tennis club member into participating in a school event in order to interact with others and enjoy himself as part of the club.
What his open manipulation doesn't extend to is cheating. Nazuna does not condone the misuse of power under any circumstance, believing only in fair play. If the disadvantage is a natural, it's one that he accepts. Not only an upperclassman, Nazuna is the head of the broadcasting committee at his school. He has access to materials that the normal student doesn't and makes no move to use it to his advantage. Even with dealing with others who have cheated in school events in the past, Nazuna doesn't stoop to the same level as opposing parties. While there may be "good" intentions, be it giving his underclassmen the spotlight or something else, it's not synonymous with justice.
